Before you
begin, make sure you know 1) what a sorcerer is 2) what an apprentice
is.
A young apprentice tries casting a spell to make a broom do
his chores for him. He orders the broom to bring in water from
the well to fill a tub. The broom obeys. But when the tub is
full, the broom doesn't stop bringing in water. Soon, the tub
is overflowing. The apprentice doesn't know how to cast a spell
that will stop the broom. Frightened, he reaches for an ax and
chops the broom in half. Then each half of the broom gets up
and goes to the well to bring in more water! The sorcerer's
cave is filling with water and the apprentice is swimming for
his life when the sorcerer awakes from his nap and casts a spell
to save them from disaster. |
