General Terms and Tour Conditions

RESERVATIONS: Reservations for this tour are limited and based on a first come, first served basis.

INSURANCE: Travel Accident, Trip Cancellation, Baggage and Flight Insurance are available and ARE RECOMMENDED. Information on insurance will be provided.

TOUR OPERATIONS: The cost of this tour is based on a minimum of 30 paying passengers. Tour Operator reserves the right to cancel for lack of sufficient participation and in such case, the operator’s sole responsibility is to provide a refund without any other liability whatsoever.

NOT INCLUDED: Passport application fee, items of a personal nature such as laundry or phone calls, any meals, activities or transportation or any item not specified as included in this program.

PASSPORTS: U.S. citizens are required to have a valid U.S. Passport. Visas and vaccinations are not required. Non-U.S. citizens should contact the appropriate country’s consul or embassy for entry requirements.

RESPONSIBILITY: Dr. Luther Wade and/or WDAV and/or Knight Travel and/or Tours-International and/or their representatives act only as agents in making arrangements for hotels, transportation, sightseeing, restaurants or any other services in connection with the itineraries of the individual tour member who by acceptance thereof, agreed that the sponsoring organization and/or their agents and suppliers shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity, liability or expense to person or property due to act of default by any hotel, restaurant or other coupons, tariffs, rules or contracts currently in use by carrier, hotel, restaurant or other contractor rendering or providing service shall constitute the sole contract between such contractor and the tour member. Further, the operator and/or their agents and suppliers accept no responsibility for any sickness, pilferage, labor disputes, machinery breakdown, quarantines, government restraints, weather conditions, defects in any vehicle or transportation or for any misadventure or casualty or any other situation beyond their personal control, nor for any additional expenses or damage due to changes in advertised schedules or services or any other cause outside of their control. Any and all losses and expenses will be borne by the tour member, the tour rates being only for the time period and the laws of the country in which these accommodations, services, and facilities are rendered. The right is reserved to cancel or change itineraries or substitute services without notice and to decline to accept or retain any tour member at any time.
All rates are based on current tariffs and exchange rates in effect at the time of printing and are subject to adjustments in the event of changes therein or changes in the number of participants on which these rates are based. The airlines concerned are not to be held responsible for any act, omission, or event during the time passengers are not aboard their aircraft.

ACCEPTANCE: Payment of a deposit indicates acceptance of the above terms and conditions.
