Prizes: Only one prize will be given away during each promotional period. Prizes are not redeemable for cash nor are they transferable. Promotional period and prize vary. See schedule for detail.
4 GB iPod Nano loaded with “100 Best Classics” from EMI. The 6 CD boxed set “100 Best Classics” is included. The music is licensed from EMI Classics and cannot be bought, sold or duplicated. The fair market value of the pre-loaded 4 GB iPod Nano is $250.
Polk Audio I-Sonic ES2 Entertainment System featuring an HD Radio with iPod docking station. The fair market value of the Polk Audio I-Sonic ES2 Entertainment System is $499.
If for any reason the prize described on the air or on this Web site should be unavailable from the manufacturer, WDAV reserves the right to substitute a prize of similar function and value.

Entries are limited to one per person, address, e-mail address or household regardless of the method of entry for each promotional period. No responsibility is assumed by WDAV for lost, late, damaged, incomplete entries. Nor for any human error or any computer, online, telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur. All entries become the property of WDAV and will not be returned.
Eligibility: Employees of Davidson College or the Classical Public Radio Network, members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household are not eligible to win. Contestants must be 21 years or older to enter. Participation is restricted to persons living in the United States.
Selection and Notification of Winner: Winner will be randomly drawn by a station employee within 72 hours of the end of the contest period and notified within 48 hours after that. In the event of an unclaimed prize, a new name will be drawn and the winner contacted. Process will be repeated until the prize is accepted.
General Conditions: Participants agree to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decision of WDAV, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this promotion. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law. Taxes and other expenses are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. By entering, participants release and hold harmless WDAV, Davidson College from any and all liability or any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this promotion or any prize won. Participants also agree to grant WDAV the right to use their entry, name, image or other likeness without further compensation for advertising, fundraising or promotional purposes. Odds of winning depends on the number of eligible entries received
