There is something special about water. From gentle streams to thundering ocean waves, water has a way of capturing our attention. It's no surprise that many composers wrote music about water. You will hear five pieces of music that describe water. See if you can figure out which of the following descriptions each piece of music fits. (For example, if you think the first piece of music sounds like ocean waves, write a "1" next to "waves tumbling far out at sea", and so on.)
