CD Recommendation - Chopin: 24 Preludes, Alexandre Tharaud, piano

Brilliant young French pianist Alexandre Tharaud is comfortable playing anything from Baroque to modern music, whether in chamber or concert hall settings. And he certainly seems very comfortable in this critically acclaimed new recording of Chopin’s Preludes. It was recently featured on WDAV’s New Classics (Fridays at 2:00 pm). And if you hurry, you can register to win a copy at the WDAV Contest Page along with tickets to great local concerts.
