Visiting
Artists
WDAV
likes to keep you in touch with the artists who perform
in our region via features and interviews. Don’t
miss a conversation with Markus Groh, the German pianist
who will be performing Brahms’ Piano Concerto
with the Charlotte Symphony this weekend (11/4 &
5). He’ll speak with WDAV’s Frank Dominguez
Friday at 9:30 a.m. and Saturday at 11:30a.m. about
the upcoming program and why he’s been called
“a worthy heir” to the great German tradition
of pianists. Of course, if you miss it, you can get
an archived version at our Interview
Archives Web page.
Coming
the week of 11/7, a feature about Charlotte-born composer
Daniel Thomas Davis.
