Surrealism in Music and Art features chamber music works Cello Sonatas by Francis Poulenc and Kurt Weill, Igor Stravinsky's Suite from L'Histoire du Soldat, and Erik Satie's Gymnopedie No. 1. The concert will feature the Bechtler Ensemble with Tanja Bechtler, cello, Paul Nitsch, piano, Peter Devries, violin and other special guests.

The museum's inaugural First Tuesday Concert will be performed in the 4th-floor gallery within the exhibition Giacometti: Memory and Presence. Guests can enjoy the melodious sounds coming from the ensemble while also looking at works by Alberto Giacometti. After the concert, guests are invited to tour the 4th-floor gallery.
